A management system based on the Social Doctrine of the Church and the CRESE Standard.

The Humanitas System is a management system that helps an organization live out the principles of the Social Doctrine of the Church in a real, systematic, and continuous way.

It was born from two sources. The first is the CRESE Standard of Human Quality and Social Responsibility: twenty years of accompanying businesses made it possible to precisely identify which practices are truly decisive for an organization to be centered on the person. The second is the encyclical Magnifica Humanitas by Pope Leo XIV (2026), which calls for safeguarding human dignity in the face of artificial intelligence challenges and for building businesses that are, above all, communities of persons.
